Have a Ring or similar? We'll message a minute before we arrive and you let us in remotely from your phone, wherever you are.

A note on security. We never ask for a key we don't need. Whatever method you choose, access details are kept securely and never stored with your address — and every visit ends with photo proof of your closed gate.

Are you insured, and who actually comes?
Yes — we carry public liability insurance and are DBS-checked. The same named person comes to your home each week, so you're never letting a stranger in. You'll have a direct mobile number, not a call centre.
Which areas do you cover?
Wandsworth and the streets between the commons — Battersea, Balham, Clapham, Tooting and nearby (SW11, SW12, SW18, SW17). Pop your postcode in the booking form and we'll confirm straight away whether you're on our round.
Do my pets need to be put away?
It's easiest if dogs are indoors while we work, for their safety and ours, but a friendly dog in the garden is no problem — just let us know. We let ourselves in through the side gate, so you don't need to be home at all.
What happens to the waste?
As standard we double-bag everything and place it securely in your own general waste bin — hygienic, tidy, and nothing for you to handle. Prefer it taken off-site entirely? We offer full licensed disposal as a paid add-on.
Is there a contract?
No. Everything is rolling and weekly. You can pause while you're away or cancel altogether whenever you like — no notice period, no fee.
How do you keep things hygienic between homes?
We clean and disinfect our equipment and footwear with a pet- and lawn-safe disinfectant between every visit, which helps prevent anything — including parvovirus and giardia — travelling from one garden to the next.
